No content may be reproduced, represented, modified or used, in whole or in part, without EPACUS’s prior written permission, subject to exceptions provided by law.
Personal data
EPACUS is the controller of personal data submitted through the quote request form. The information processed may include your name, email address, project type, optional quantity and deadline, message, language, links you choose to share and the IP address associated with the submission.
This information is used to receive, review and respond to quote requests, based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. The IP address is also processed for EPACUS’s legitimate interest in securing the form and preventing abusive submissions.
The data is available only to authorised EPACUS personnel and, where required to host the website and email service, to o2switch. It is not sold or used to send newsletters.
Requests and related correspondence are retained for three years after the last contact. The technical rate-limiting system temporarily retains the IP address for fifteen minutes.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, email contact@epacus.fr or write to EPACUS at its registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Local storage and cookies
The website uses no advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. When you begin completing the form, a draft is saved in your browser’s session storage for two hours so that your input remains available in the current tab. The draft stays on your device and is not sent to EPACUS until you submit the form.
